Landlord is very nice. He is quick to respond which is great if theres any maintenance needed. The studio unit is relatively spacious. It is styled with a modern twist which is nice. There are plenty of windows for air & sunlight. There is electric heating as well. Neighborhood is very safe & the neighbors are chill. GDEB, 2 parks, library, & other areas are within walking distance which is convenient. Overall great experience.

Everything i needed
I lived here for a year with my gf and 2 cats. The landlord was always quick to respond and very flexible for any situation. They have been upkeeping with maintenance. The neighborhood is very friendly and in a fantastic walking area a block away from the library, monument, park, and a couple eateries like pauls pasta. Overall im sad to leave this place behind but definitely felt very comfortable for the year i stayed here.
