Real Changes!

360 Main Street has really turned a corner recently. The change in management has made a noticeable impact, and you can tell there’s finally a focus on improving the building and taking care of the residents.

The property didn’t used to be in the best shape, but things are clearly heading in a much better direction now. There’s visible progress, and it feels like the building is being brought back to where it should have been all along.

One of the biggest positives is how much more organized...
and responsive everything has become. It’s reassuring to see management paying attention and actively working on upgrades instead of letting things fall behind.

It’s also a great value, especially with some units including utilities, which makes a big difference. Overall, it’s becoming a much better place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something affordable with real improvements happening.

New Management

We’ve seen a lot of positive improvements over the last few months. The new security door system has made a noticeable difference in both safety and overall peace of mind, which is something residents truly value. In addition, the maintenance team has become much more attentive and responsive—requests are being handled quicker, and there’s a clear effort to stay on top of issues before they become bigger problems.

Overall, it’s great to see management taking steps in the right direction and...
making meaningful upgrades to the property. Looking forward to seeing continued improvements!
