Avoid at all cost

I lived at that apartment complex for all of two months before deciding to break my lease. There are a variety of tenants, which is to be expected, but the complex was nicknamed the "Insane Asylum" for a reason.

There would be screaming and shouting constantly. People hung around the front door all day/night and the "super" did nothing but sit in front of the window sill on the second floor watching everything, everyone did. I couldn't everyone dump the garbage without someone always having...
eyes on me. I also had a neighbor who made me feel very uncomfortable on several occasions. When I told management, the excuse was that this person meant no harm and it's just "protecting me." Knocking on my door at strange hours and leaving food at my door is not protection.

What made me leave however, was the bed bug infestation management lied about. The neighbor across from me would find them in his place daily. I found two in my place. When I told management, they made it seem as though I had brought them in because the building was obviously clean...

For my health and sanity, I gave my thirty days notice and moved out in a weekend. Stay away!
