I live in the same building as the leasing office and have always felt safe here. I rarely ever hear my neighbors, and my maintenance requests have been taken care of in a timely manner. Nancy and Yukari are friendly and have gone the extra mile in taking care of me!

My parents visited the US for 6 months and rather than cram in our small house it made sense to get them a 1 bed 1 bath apartment close-by. I had not apartment hunted since 2018 and was shocked at the prices and status of some apartments. But then Clemens place came to the rescue. Affordable, clean, lovely neighbors and close to everything! But most of all the office staff, especially Nancy were so welcoming and took such good care of my parents! They loved living here and I would recommend to... anyone!

I’ve had a great experience living at Clemens Apartments. The community is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special mention to Nancy, the leasing agent—she is incredibly friendly, cooperative, and always willing to help. Her professionalism and warm attitude made the move-in process smooth and the overall experience even better. Highly recommend!

This place is by far the worst place a person could rent an apartment at. Very unprofessional leasing office and poor I mean poor property management. If you dare to ignore this review you will regret living here. Don’t waste your MONEY or your TIME with this location. Your money will be wasted and you will continuously receive parking tickets SMH
