Amazing experience so far!

I moved in last year in March (2025). Everyone is kind and friendly. Workers are helpful and they keep the building and outdoors clean and pretty. Lovely pool and small gym. Upgraded floors (in halls and elevators) and paint jobs since I’ve been here. The walls are a little thin but for the most part, my experience here with loud people after hours hasn’t been an issue!

Very bad experience

Only one star for:
1) Mouse in my apartment
2) Very thin walls, I could hear breath of my neighbors.
3) Noisy neighbors. My neighbor was watching TV loudly until 5 am.
4) Stolen Amazon packages
5) Not-delivered USPS mails, several times, causing huge penalty and loss
6) Turning on/off the fan for heat MANUALLY, I must wake up several times during the night. Leasing office told me turn on the fan and open the window and sleep.
7) If you leave in the second day of month after your lease, you… must pay for entire month, NOT prorated. NOT mentioned in lease!
8) VERY very loud music from neighboring buildings!!!! Even at midnight
9) Several polis presences in tower for arrest or investigation
10) One elevator was out-of-order 3 month in Summer, a few days both elevators broken
11) Dangerous neighborhood, I could not go out in nights.
12) HVAC is very old and cannot cool.
13) Hospital in other side of street, a lot of ambulance noise.
14) Boiler noise for 5 months of year, even for high floors.

Beautifully Quaint.

I really loved living at Park View Towers. My favorite is the lobby. Its filled with plants, and is always decorated for Christmas lol. I felt like I was walking a run way when I would go in or out. Its quiet, nestled up on a busy street. The bus line is right out side. Its safe, secure and feels like home.

I would move back here in a heartbeat.
Linda is AMAZING.
NEW PM, CHRIS, is also really cool and understanding.
When i lived here and use to steal packages, he approached me with respect.… I will NEVER do anything like that to anyone in my life. anyway, if you get a chance to live here, take it.

Great place to live

Management was always responsive and neighbors were friendly. I lived here for about 15 months and would have renewed the lease but relocated for a job.

Amazing apartment building

I lived here for two years before having to relocate for a new job and living here was amazing. Management is friendly and attentive. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner, and the large parking lot has plenty of parking for all tenants. The building is also very safe, I never felt unsafe while living here. There are cameras all over the property and all the doors are keycard access. Overall, I highly recommend you consider living at park view towers, my experience here was great… .
