It's been very clear lately that property-wide there have been improvements being made. From new lobby furniture, extra attention to detail with cleaning, re-painting the outside and fixing the sidewalks, and cleaning up the second floor of the garage - you can tell the staff really is putting a lot of care into maintaining the building.
The office staff is always super approachable and easy to work with, and I love the view of the CT River I have! I would highly recommend this place to anybody... who's looking to move downtown. Read More

I currently live here and it is the worst place I have ever lived! Management is horrible. It’s extremely dirty. The parking situation is horrific. That is why I’m on apartment.com now, looking for a new place. Nobody stays here longer than their lease because this is the worst place to live downtown.

This company lacks keeping their residents safe and happy they also lack honesty. You are better off living elsewhere.

New mgmt took over and has done nothing but make things worse for its tenants. From constant false fire alarms because leaks in the parking garage to no parking spaces because they decided to resurface the lot without planning where we could park during. Overall, 0/5 stars if you ask me.

Horrible laundry situation, fire alarm goes off regularly in the middle of the night for no reason for hours on end with no end in sight, less than 24 hour warning when we had to vacate for pest control, same thing anytime we have to move our car. Parking is currently the worst, we have to park a quarter mile away most days and walk through a less than safe neighborhood. Seriously not worth the view, trust me.
