Great place to live in downtown Hartford

Really enjoy living at The Pennant. The location is probably one of the best parts — being right across the street from the ballpark is awesome, especially during baseball season. There are always games, concerts, events, or something happening nearby, so there’s usually something to do without having to go far.

The building itself is modern, the amenities are great, and they also do a lot of resident events throughout the year. The staff is friendly and maintenance has been responsive anytime… I’ve needed something.

Overall it’s been a great place to live and I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking in downtown Hartford.

Do not move here

I have been living here for 3 months and I have no words for how poorly run this apartment is. I would avoid this at all costs. The units were very, very poorly constructed.. we have had a water leak in our unit as well as a flooding in one of the bedrooms. Not to mention there is a fly infestation in this entire apt complex.. it is disgusting. We are trying actively to move out so avoid the aggravation and disappointment and look else where.
