Great Apartment TERRIBLE property management & support/ communication
Overall, the apartment was a great set up and included several ammenities such as washer and dryer, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.
However, the property management was horrible. Work orders would be put in and would take months to get fixed. We went 6 weeks with a broken microwave.
As my roomate and I began the move out process there was little to NO communcation on Aspen's property management team. We would send several emails and phone calls with no reponse and when we did get a… response they would leave out important details such as move out inspections, returning the key process, etc. We had to reschedule our move out inspection several times after taking time off of work.
It is unfortunate that such a beautiful complex comes with the stress and burden of a very difficult property management team.Review from Apartments.com
