Curb appeal aside...
I was just as skeptical as everyone else driving through the very "dated" brick exterior of the development. It gives them the public housing "vibe". I am renting a 2Bdrm 1.5Ba- when I first enter my apt the door opens to the kitchen- nothing special- definately wish there was more counter space and drawers for storage- I think there is 1 drawer- the other drawer was removed when the DW was installed. The worst part of the kitchen that extends into the short hallway leading into the the half... bath is the flooring. The flooring is the worst cheap industrial flooring I have ever seen. No matter what you use to clean the floor it'll look dirty since it's so porous.
The living room, stairs, and two Bdrms all have very nice HW floors. The upstairs Ba has a tub- the bathroom is small but serves its purpose.
The basement is spacious and has W/D hookups. I should mention that the apt would be like condos- one next to the other- the basement is the apartments exclusively.
Heat and Hot water are included.
I will say the walls can be a bit thin- kids running up and down stairs- music playing etc.
The maitenance staff has a pretty good response time for repairs.
They also accept small dogs!!
