Stay away

Walls are very cheap, neighbors don’t clean their homes and the hallways smell disgusting. If you live on the fourth floor you will be able to hear someone entering the building on the first. Everyone slams their doors. The people on top of you will stomp and not care. People do not clean up after their dogs. There’s a girl on the first floor who smokes cigarettes with her apartment door wide open.
