Do not live here. Cockroaches, mold, and mildew are ongoing issues. Management never responds — I’ve sent videos of constant dog barking for over two years with no action. Vomit has sat in the hallways for extended periods, garbage is everywhere, and the grounds are not maintained. Other residents are inconsiderate — the same ones with the barking dog also smoke directly outside their living room window, even though this is supposed to be a “smoke-free” community.

Packages regularly get stolen,... and while they claim to have cameras, management refuses to check them. The pool hasn’t opened all year, rent goes up without proper notice, and promises like storage units have never been delivered. Amenities are hidden in the basement, which floods constantly with no plan to fix it. I’ve had a cracked bedroom window for over two years with no repair.

cars broken into on Jan 9 and attempted to be stolen which has happened multiple times and complex doesnt care and doesnt have security cameras or anything

Door to building broken for several months and was reported multiple times to landlord and maintenance and company who owns the complex and hasnt been fixed even when an armed robbery happened at a complex down the road

Tubs and showers are painted and the paint is peeling after only being here 3 months which is just kind of disgusting to... have paint chips in my shower now

There is no sound proofing between floors we can hear the neighbors below and above us clear as day even as much as a sneeze or snoring

Cannot open only drawer in our entire kitchen because the handle on the stove sticks out so far it is blocking the drawer

Mail stolen from lobby frequently

Trash left in stairwells and hallways by other residents complex and other residents dont care

Bags of dog poop left in lobby and among packages

apartment itself isnt even level and is almost crazy how unlevel it is

Absolutely no cell service in the building good luck if the wifi is down

Elevator is very very old and stops working frequently but they only put a sign on the first floor alerting you when it stops working so if youre on floor 2 3 or 4 its a gamble

Theres a handful of pros like the size of the apartment for the price and it being pet friendly but I would take less for more based on how horrible our experience has been, I genuinely cant wait for our lease to end Read More

Poor management.......non existent grounds maintenance.......trash and old furniture left on grounds......it's slowly slipping into a tenament project with absentee management whom don't seem to want to bothered beyond an email response ................ Just take a ride and see for yourself before handing over the cash.,... They will drag you through the keyhole to rent to you then drop the ball on keeping up on their end of the deal .. ...
