Great Staff

Met with the Leasing Agent, Lauren, things couldn't been easier! Professional, knowledgeable and super friendly made the experience enjoyable. Process was painless and now just waiting to hear when my dream apartment is available.

Great Property and Incredible Customer Service

I fell in love with the property and the area, but the most amazing aspect of the visit was Lauren! Lauren is efficient, professional, warm and personable. She made the application process straightforward and effortless. She was patient and addressed all of my matters graciously and thoroughly.
The apartments are beautiful, the property is immaculately kept and the beach is right there!! I hope to call this place home very soon!!

Amazing Location

Lauren has been amazing helping me find the perfect apartment for my son & girlfriend .. She has went above and beyond . The apartments are beautiful and in the most incredible location , within walking distance to Walnut Beach, stores , restaurants , ice cream and everything in between . Would highly recommend checking out Milford Beach Apartments . You won’t be disappointed

Lovely Property!

I took a tour today with my daughter and her boyfriend. What a beautifully maintained apartment. The grounds were pristine. So close to the beach. We took a walk around the neighborhood and what a nice community. Lauren, the property manager, was so patient and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and really took her time with us. So excited for them to move in when the time comes!

Beautiful living space and kind staff!!

The space we toured was beautiful and spacious and the beach is a plus!! Lauren is very kind and helpful and fingers crossed we get to move in soon!! The vibes at the Milford Beach Apartments and the staff are kind and positive.
