Super unprofessional

I reached out to inquire for basic information not listed on here and whoever texted me was extremely unprofessional. Demanded my information but did not even bother to introduce themselves or answer any of my questions. If I could post screenshots of the conversation I would. Wish whoever replied to me handled the situation better..

Application Process Unnecessarily Complicated

The application process for this property felt unnecessarily complicated. The leasing office prefers to handle much of the process through text messages, including requests for sensitive information such as income details. I found this approach unprofessional and insecure. Because of this, I decided not to move forward with the property. I’ve lived in other communities — even more expensive ones — that handled applications more securely and professionally without requiring sensitive data to be… shared over text.

A Great Place to Live!

I've been in my studio since Nov '24 after selling my house and I'm still loving every minute of it!
The location is semi-wooded, slightly secluded, and very quiet. As a retiree, these qualities are especially important to me.
My studio is well laid-out and practical. All the appliances work well and were clean when I first moved in. The power is all electric and water heater in my studio is quite large.
Plenty of closet and kitchen cabinet space and there is a lockable storage shed for tools… .
Blinds on the windows and Levelors for the glass slider are provided and privacy is assured.
Plenty of parking is available (I've never had a problem finding one close to my studio).
A working, effective laundromat, and grounds-keeping are also provided. Ground floor apartments have very nice patios while the 2nd floor apartments have equally nice balconies.
JFA Mgmt. has proven themselves ready and prompt to rectify problems - my thermostat malfunctioned and was replaced within a day. Communications with JFA are always accommodating, polite, and respectful.
Although there are many rules and bylaws, none of them are obstructive or frivolous.
I highly recommend Morningside for its many, many plusses!
