Throughout the year of renting from this company, I had many issues that were not addressed properly or with urgency. A major one being a leak in my bedroom ceiling that would cause a great amount of water whenever it rained. Although going thru the property protocols it was neglected. I had water damage to my mattress and bedding. I was also denied my security deposit back. The lack of communication is concerning and frustrating. There is no direct point of contact or anyone really willing to... help when issues arise. I had to serve Nakhal LLC to get my security deposit back.
I would think hard before renting with them. Really poor experience.
