Disorganized management (Pike International)

Management is highly disorganized and unprofessional.
Scheduled a tour to visit the apartment with Daniel 2 days in advance. The morning of the tour I called to confirm and Daniel denied ever booking a tour with me but said he was willing to accommodate me.
After driving 1.5 hours to tour, I called and he denied ever talking to me or scheduling and refused to tour.
There are also tons of horror stories of renting with this landlord if you look up the management company Pike International… .
Thankfully, I was touring some other apartments but I would beware for anyone tempted by lower cost rent.
