    Quiet and peaceful community

    My husband and I have lived here just short of five years, and we absolutely love it here! The apartments are clean and spacious, and the owners, staff, and maintenance crew are all professional and helpful. Anytime we have ever had a question or needed something repaired or replaced (which is very rare, by the way, because everything is extremely well-maintained), we are met with a helpful answer and quick, efficient service. Communication between management and tenants has been excellent… during the time we have lived here. The development is set at the top of a hill, surrounded on three sides by woods, and the grounds are beautifully kept. We have a lovely view out our living room window during every season, and the location offers a scenic overlook into Newington. It is so quiet and serene, especially at night, that it is easy to forget you are just a mile from the busy Berlin Turnpike. There are assigned parking spots, in-building storage and laundry facilities, and a beautiful in-ground pool and community center. Between the peaceful, wooded living area, and the proximity to everything you could ever need on the Berlin Turnpike, it really is the best of both worlds! We have no complaints, and truly enjoy living here!
