Hard to find

I lived at Gloucester for 2+ years and had nothing but positive experiences with all neighbors and the property manager Gus. Quiet despite being right off the Turnpike and any maintenance issues were always addressed within 24 hours. Would recommend to anyone looking for stability.

Great place to live!

I have lived here for 8 years. This was my first apartment after moving away from family and it has been a wonderful experience. Any time I had any issue (which were always small and rare) I was always able to call Gus and he would get it handled the same day. It’s a beautiful, safe place and close to the Berlin turnpike which is very convenient. I would live her forever if I could. It’s a nice place to take my baby for a walk around the parking lot. It’s truly a nice place to live!

Great place!!

If you’re looking for a quiet, well maintained apartment look no further! My husband and I lived here a year and a half and have no bad things to say. The owner and maintenance director Gus is fantastic. He’s friendly and always very responsive to anything you need! The community and other residents are all nice and respectful of each other. The apartments are clean and well maintained. Not to mention the location is great! Right off the Berlin turnpike you have access to almost everything, and… the 7/11 across the street is certainly a plus. We would have stayed here for quite some time if we hadn’t bought a house. Such a breath of fresh air after the last place we lived at. This place is great!

Very nice area

Gus was extremely helpful anything I needed he was always there. Apartment complex has nice and quiet people. Very clean. One of the best places to live in the heart of CT!
