Covered Bridge

The office staff and maintenance team have always been very attentive and ready to help at a moment's notice. Joe has been extremely helpful and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our questions are answered and problems are resolved. Additionally, Amado has always been prepared and quick to fix any issues in our unit, even the smallest ones, as well as the rest of the office and maintenance team. They have made us feel like we are truly at home!

A new property maintenance manager Charlie is now working @Covered Bridge. He came to the apartment to assess a problem and see what material he needed for the fix. He said the material needed to be picked up which he would do and make the necessary repairs to complete the job and that it would be completed by the end of the day.
Charlie was very professional in his manner and workmanship, he acquired the material and completed the job in a timely manner. He is definitely an asset to CB team.

Overall, I have found the condition of the property to be well-maintained and the location to be very convenient for my needs. The experience has been positive, and I particularly appreciate the responsiveness of the management team during my time here.

It is a great place to live. It is a 7 building complex and a little a ways away from the Newtown center. It is right next to an I84 onramp. The privacy is great, the apartment sizes are good, I have been here almost 1 year, the only reason I am leaving is to find something less expensive. Another thing I would like to mention is that it took Amazon a while to deliver to the right buildings, but they are getting better at sorting that out now.
