Josephine knows her stuff

Took a tour of the complex today with Josephine (community manager) and was really impressed! She was informative, knowledgeable, and very helpful with our future home needs. She showed us options and price differences. The building is so clean and well taken care of. I hope i can soon call it home!

Beware

I lived here for two years. The property manager is excellent. The supervisor is excellent. Unfortunately, the elevators don't work properly and never have. The owners of the property (private equity firm) are unresponsive to client concerns. (I tried to communicate concerns...never heard back).
My last rent increase was 10 percent. Tried to negotiate...they were not interested in having a conversation. If you are looking for a long-term rental...this is not the place. 10 percent rent increases... are unsustainable. Fees on top of rent are ridiculous...parking, trash, pest control, amenity fee, etc. What is rent for? Transparency people!
No doubt, it's beautiful here...but the headaches are not worth it. Consider carefully...before you make the move here.
