Despite the news I feel safe and don’t have or have I seen any rodents in my home or outside of it. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The building is well maintained and for the most part quiet. I walk my dog late night and early morning and have never had any issues. I’m comfortable and happy in my unit.

I enjoy my life at Soundview Landing. My neighbors are pretty polite and we all seem to respect each other’s privacy. I enjoy my peace and quiet and no one bothers me and I love that most of all. The building is clean, hallways and surroundings are we’ll maintained and the staff has been nothing but pleasant and accommodating to me and any issues that may arise from time to time gets sorted out quickly and easily. The location is also amazing!

It is a nice community, and the commute is accessible to everyone either you have a car or not.

Soundview Landing is a quiet place with several buildings. At my apartment, the facilities work correctly. maintenance and cleaning services are offered regularly. And many social and cultural activities are organized for tenants by managers.
This is a place that we could recommend to others looking for an apartment to rent.
