New ownership is great. Beautiful apartments and area.

I’ve been a tenant for 5 years. New owners within the last year and a half, they have done a really great job with the renovations. Updated places are beautiful. After having a non renovated nor having any new appliances etc in the old place, it feels good to be in a nice home. The old management never took care of any problems, these people are on top of it and know what they are doing. I love this area for my kids and they have made it more safer and nicer for them to live at. The owner and… maintenance are all very nice and friendly people. My family is very happy with the new change and apartment including lucky girl who loves the dog park, she’s reactive so it’s nice to be able to bring her in there when empty to run around without any dogs around. Overall, we are happy and they did an amazing job making this place look so nice.

New tenant

I've lived here for a few months and the new owners or management company has made alot of improvements to my unit and the outside of the property. I'm new to the state and was not sure about the area but it's been a clean, quiet place to live. Very happy with my experience so far!

What a change

This property has been neglected for a very long time. We finally now have owners who are attentive, putting money back into the property and making it a nice place to live. The new units are hallways are beautiful and the landscaping isn't overgrown anymore. Highly recommend taking a look here if you need an apartment in Plainville.

Bad Management

We have been here for almost 2 years now. The first year was fine and we had no issues with management whatsoever. The complex got bought out in July 2024 and they are useless. I've sent many messages, emails, and maintenance requests over the last few months since they've taken over and I haven't gotten a single reply!

When I had issues with the contractors that are working on the exterior I reached out to management and also did not hear back. Now they are raising the rent and it definitely… will not be worth living here.
