This apartment community has been a genuinely pleasant place to call home. It offers a level of peace and quiet that’s hard to find outside the city, making it ideal for anyone who values a calm, grounded living environment. The apartments themselves are impressively spacious, featuring quality appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and luxury-styled cabinets that give the space a refined, modern feel.

Although I’m not a pet lover, this is a pet-friendly community. I was initially skeptical, but... after doing an on-site tour, I was impressed by how respectful and responsible residents are about cleaning up after their pets. That level of care eased my concerns significantly.

The amenities are more limited than what some might expect, but considering the price point, the overall value is absolutely worth it.

I also want to highlight my leasing agent, Julie, who has been exceptional from day one. Our relationship has been consistently pleasant, and I have no complaints whatsoever. I find it funny that these apartments have 5 stares, yet all reviews are only 2 stars. I agree with the other reviewers in that on the surface this place looks like, however it was poorly constructed. Doors don't close properly, I had to personally scrub construction glue off the floors as they refused to clean it before we moved in, and main door handle was always loose and wobbly (even after maintenance "fixed" it).

Area is awesome and rooms are spacious, but Wayyy over priced for the... product.

I recently moved out and was charged for something that their construction crew dented and had been like that since the moment I moved in. Sadly my phone with photos of the apartment at move-in was lost, so we are stuck paying without proof. So infuriating. Further, we were charged for things that we were told we would not be charged for multiple times. Just ridiculous.

Staff may be "nice" but they never give straight answers and now don't even respond to me now that I have moved out. Truly disappointed.

There are other apartments in the area with better prices. And probably safer as multiple cars were broken into with no care from managers during my time there. Read More

Overpriced apartments. Poor electricity work, heat leaks out near base boards since proper sealing was not done, door locks freeze up, the complex only allows maintenance during the workday unless its en emergency (not having power in half of your unit is not an emergency), had 8+ issues within 3 months. Right next to a road where people drive way over the speed limit, essentially a highway or state road. Not to mention gas leaks... Staff is nice.

At first glance these apartments are very nice. Christine in the leasing office is as sweet as pie. After living here for a few days, we started noticing little things here and there like our balcony door doesn’t shut quite right, Maintenence had to come in to fix our bathroom door (wouldn’t close properly) as well as quite a few of our cabinets that did not line up or close completely, we noticed the molding around the floor doesn’t line up to the floor (huge gaps). As nice as the fancy granite... countertops and huge living spaces are, it comes down to how expensive the rent is for sup-par construction. Nothing is included in the expensive rent, and there are no amenities such as a pool, picnic tables, or tennis courts. The apartments seem to be not filling up quickly because of how ridiculous the rent is, if it was cheaper we would consider staying after our lease is up but all in all it is just too ridiculously priced for what you get.
