If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you will be fined $200. Tampering with security devices or storage is a house rules violation that comes with a $500 fine and your instant non-refundable termination of your reservation. No pets are allowed without prior authorization. If you are looking to bring a pet please contact us and let us know after booking. There is an additional pet fee of $20 for the first night, and then $5 per night per pet with a max of $75 a month per pet. If your pet causes any damage you are directly responsible. Also make sure to take pets out to designated bathroom area where doggy bags are provided. You are responsible for all messes made by your furry friend. Also, pets must ALWAYS be on a leash outside the apartment. Please keep pets from damaging beds/sofa/furniture. All guests must be declared on the reservation. The home has a $60 per additional fee.
