Prospect Park

The only redeeming qualities of this building are the location and the maintenance staff. Management is disorganized and cold. There have been multiple times during my 4+ years in this building that I have encountered issues completely at the fault of management that were only resolved after I bothered them for weeks and weeks, including multiple errors in my monthly rent charges and a ceiling that leaked 6+ times ruining my couch. The elevators are always broken, the front door is always broken… , there have been mice issues and now a bed bug infestation, and if you even try to remedy the situation by speaking with Ed (building super) the best you'll get is his voicemail. Though I haven’t lived here long, under a year, the maintenance and overall upkeep have stood out. The building is well maintained and clean. The maintenance team is really great. Donaldo, especially, is professional, proactive, and consistently helpful. Any issues I’ve had were handled quickly and thoroughly. He leads the team well and sets a high standard. It makes a big difference in the overall living experience!

So happy with everything so far! From the way they handled our application to actually moving into the place!
Clean, quiet in a great location!

I just got my real estate license and have lived here for three (3) years. I would not think of leaving this building or neighborhood until I am ready to actually buy my own home. This building has great waste management practices and the maintenance team is always available to help with corrective maintenance. The lobby is beautiful and, quiet too.
