When it comes to Rippowam Park Apartments application process Miriam is the best person who to reach out to she gets the work done and she’s nice and such a sweet person who explains the process thoroughly everyone in the office are friendly. I directly worked with Miriam and she helped me to the end with my paperwork and she’s also very responsive. Miriam I can’t thank you enough for what you have done for me and my family.

I can’t say enough about Miriam, the leasing agent I was working with. All of the ladies in the leasing office were very courteous and pleasant. Miriam worked diligently on my application, showed us around the area provided us with all the social happenings of downtown Stamford. Although, our income exceeded the guidelines and we were denied, I still had a wonderful experience with the staff at Rippowam park apartments.

If given the opportunity to rent from here...DONT. The staff in the leasing office are unfriendly and down right rude. No communication is sent to residents, and when given it’s always wrong. On several occasions I’ve received notices dated days prior but given on he day of. Example being mandatory “extermination” notice for the same day...in 15 minutes. That coupled with the paper thin walls and unanswered service requests or preventative maintenance measures, makes for apartment living at its… worse. I can say the previous manager Samantha was great. The new Manager is just nasty. She speaks down to residents as if they are not smart enough to know tenant rights.
