Malcolm, one of the folks who works at the front desk, was extremely helpful and welcoming when my husband and I were moving in. There wasn’t any question he couldn’t answer for us, we very much appreciated his assistance!

Enjoyed living here over the summer because it was close to everything downtown. Really good amenities... roof deck and courtyard were great, the game room was nice in the winter and the gym is really well equipped.

Moved in (February) and already looking to move out. Unfortunately, after being lied to on several occasions and enduring stressful and unsafe circumstances, the Asher team will not agree to allow my partner and I to break our lease without paying a $8,615.00 fee.
Before considering living at the Asher please note that all units facing northwest have complete visibility to anyone inside of the Forest street garage. I had a few circumstances where I was being stalked and harassed. Forest street... garage does not have a security team.
Please also note that the electric (I believe) has already been rewired, and yet my 720sq ft apartment somehow generated enough electricity for a whopping $700 bill. Strange. And expensive.
