5/5 Stars - Exceptional Experience with Christian!I recently took a tour of The Asher, and Christian made the entire experience absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, he was extremely personable, professional, and informative.What impressed me most was how proactive he was. He anticipated and answered every single question I had before I even needed to ask. As we walked through the building, he frequently stopped to greet current tenants, who all welcomed and received him happily. It is… clear he is well-liked and respected in the community.Christian is an amazing addition to the team and a perfect representation of the core values and standards at The Asher. If you are looking to tour the property, definitely ask for him!

Malcolm, one of the folks who works at the front desk, was extremely helpful and welcoming when my husband and I were moving in. There wasn’t any question he couldn’t answer for us, we very much appreciated his assistance!

Good location downtown / nice amenities!

Enjoyed living here over the summer because it was close to everything downtown. Really good amenities... roof deck and courtyard were great, the game room was nice in the winter and the gym is really well equipped.

Not recommended

Moved in (February) and already looking to move out. Unfortunately, after being lied to on several occasions and enduring stressful and unsafe circumstances, the Asher team will not agree to allow my partner and I to break our lease without paying a $8,615.00 fee.

Before considering living at the Asher please note that all units facing northwest have complete visibility to anyone inside of the Forest street garage. I had a few circumstances where I was being stalked and harassed. Forest street… garage does not have a security team.

Please also note that the electric (I believe) has already been rewired, and yet my 720sq ft apartment somehow generated enough electricity for a whopping $700 bill. Strange. And expensive.
