Amazing place to live

I lived at the mansions for about 2 years. I loved it. First of all, management makes everything a breeze, they're super responsive and always handle your issues immediately! Secondly, the on-site maintenance is always very helpful and very responsive, any issues are always addressed very quickly. Finally, you can't beat how well the keep the property. The lawn and bushes always look amazing and you can't beat the walks and the views. The only down side is that it's a little far from all the… action but otherwise, I loved every second of living here! Also, plenty of spare parking for when you have guests over.

It’s ok, but so close to great!

These apartments are pretty nice overall... from the outside. The insides are ok but old. The garages are really nice to have and I really like the balcony layout here, but the appliances are really old and don’t work that well at all. And the worst part for us is the really strict pet policy (that isn’t even seemingly enforced). We are likely going to move soon because we are unable to have ANY pet here. Though people constantly are walking dogs around the community. I’m not sure why the owner… doesn’t look around and see that allowing pets is something most apartment places are doing nowadays. If they allowed pets here, rating would be a 4.9 out of 5. (Next step, appliances need replacing)

In love with The Mansions!

An amazing rental apartment community hands down The Best !!
Beautifully maintained, picturesque landscape with fountains, the Hockanum river running by and the walking trails !
The rooms are spacious with ample natural light, a beautiful fireplace and kitchen. It’s a quiet place which is such a bliss ! You can hardly hear any noises plus friendly neighbors!!
Everyone in the office and maintenance team is extremely helpful, professional and friendly, some of the nicest people you can ever… come across!! Hats off to you guys !! U all RoCKk!!!
I always happily recommend this place to everyone.It’s the best, no doubt about it! It’s the place you can call home, will miss it dearly.

Best place to stay

Quiet and Serene community. The management is prompt in attending to service requests. I would have loved to continue to stay here, except that I had to relocate for work.

Amazing place

Pros

Spent over two years and I wouldn't have left if it wasn't for work. Property Manager Mary helped me with the lease two years ago and she had been very helpful over the two years. Management is very responsive to any concerns and maintenance issues. Nice trails for evening walks or bike rides, well maintained property throughout the year especially the winter. Not expensive compared to other properties and the price includes garage which is a huge plus during winters. Cumberland(gas… station) just around the corner, Price chopper, Stop and shop, CVS, Walgreens, Autozone all within a mile.

Cons

Garbage disposal and mail boxes are way out there and you definitely need a car to pick up your mail or drop off your trash. you can pick up mail on your way back from work but you have to carry the stinking garbage in your luxury car. If you are in a corner apartment like mine, you are literally on top of 4 garages and it is loud. Had a neighbor move out because their newborn was up everytime someone opens the garage, luckily our newborn wasn't bothered with the noise.
