Poor Customer Service
This place has no kind of customer service, had an appointment to see a few apartments which none was livable, clean and disgusting and they send you a list via text and the one I wanted to see was locked. I've text back and called and no reply. Then I went back another to see the place and again claim it was unlocked, claim to send someone over and obviously no one came had me waiting again. Then texts me after midnight indicating that now the place was no longer available. First what... business texts a potential tenant in the middle of the night and why is everything via texts no person to person, and if this is how they do business I wonder how long it takes them to fix something not worth found something much better, newer and cheaper, so thank you.
