Poor Customer Service

This place has no kind of customer service, had an appointment to see a few apartments which none was livable, clean and disgusting and they send you a list via text and the one I wanted to see was locked. I've text back and called and no reply. Then I went back another to see the place and again claim it was unlocked, claim to send someone over and obviously no one came had me waiting again. Then texts me after midnight indicating that now the place was no longer available. First what... business texts a potential tenant in the middle of the night and why is everything via texts no person to person, and if this is how they do business I wonder how long it takes them to fix something not worth found something much better, newer and cheaper, so thank you.

Wish i could rate 0 stars

No one physically showing the apartment. The place was so dirty, they didn’t even try to clean it and they’re unprofessional. Neighborhood is absolutely horrible with break ins. DONT MOVE HERE unless you want to be robbed.

yucky

scheduled a tour, no one physically was there and they left units unlocked for us to check, the first 2 units we looked at were VERY dirty, we opened the fridge and it was stained with a dark liquid and smelled like rotten fish. very very upset

DO NOT MOVE HERE

Worst place I ever lived Managment sucks and horrible neighbors they won’t do nothing about anything and the apartment is falling apart I had Managment tell me they did not replace the floors and they are sinking in and they did not fix any of the cabinets locks poorly replaced just over all the worst place I lived.

Drug Addicts Everywhere!!!!

Worst place ever!!! Don't move here
You will Regret it As I do!
Employees are Useless and very Unprofessional HIRE New Professional Staff!
they look like addicts also
Basement is full of heroine bags and needles
Told Eliana and Tenant relations And they are still there. for months now!
Can't wait for my lease to expire
Definitely could do better
4 Residents have moved out in just the last 2 months
What does that tell you

Bedbugs , Fleas and Lots of Drug Addicts!!
