Worst place since North point took over the property, the place is poorly maintained, and when ever you put in a request fro maintenance it takes month to get things done, very horrible place to live

If you have more than 2 cars . You can not park in the parking g . If you dont have a permit on your windshield you will be towed. I have been living here for years. North point management does not want any complaints . They do t answer your emails. The apartment s are in horrible condition. Within a couple of days I will upload some pictures to show my apartment here when I had water damage .

This place is awful. Poorly insulated so heating will be expensive. North point management is horrible. You can only speak to one person and there is no contact information for anyone else in management. You have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for repairs, if you even receive repairs. You will almost never get a call back from the office and there is literally no one to complain to except the manager who you are most likely complaining about.

I been living here for the longest time. Ever since the new owner bought this place its been nothing but a horrible place the sewer backs up . Almost every week the electric is way over 600.00 dollars winter time. Poor insulation in the apartments. If you need maintenance to fix something it takes months even years. On top of that this is where there is alot of drug activity.

This place is not a good place to live. The management do not take care of the place. The heating cost is expensive running around $600 monthly they don't service heaters they leave staircases to fall apart. Lots of drug activity. Kids break into people's cars. And lots more.
