Perfect apartment.

Before coming to view Villa Square my husband and I were very skeptical. Once seeing it for ourselves we knew we’d found the perfect place to settle in after moving back to CT. Simon and Angelina always went above and beyond, any complaint or concern was always addressed promptly and handled appropriately. All amenities are exactly as advertised, it’s been an absolute pleasure living here. We’ve never noticed a single issue that’s been mentioned in other reviews. The only reason we are leaving… is because my husband got a job promotion that’s requiring us to relocate. I wish we could stay. This is by far my favorite place that I’ve lived.

all around BAD

I highly do not recommend this apartment to anyone. The unit themselves have very thin walls. The "maintenance" people don't properly handle requests. The monthly pest controls that didn't even control the pests. The communication is poor, this whole place is a joke. The management only care about themselves and not the tenants. Don't let the "luxury" look fool you, this place is everything but that. You can't even see the Google reviews for this place because it is that bad. Truly save yourself… and the stress of living here

Terrible management

They are saying there isn’t enough parking spots for the amount of tenants that live here but also have no specific parking rules or regulations just first come first serve no matter who’s on the lease or not so if you get home after 7/8 pm and there’s no parking you either have to sit in your car waiting or hoping for someone to move or park it somewhere and pray it does not get towed in the morning! Because even though they know the parking is a mess they still will call for tow bright and… early smh just sad

If I could give zero stars I would

This is horrible place to live. Rats and roaches all over! I noticed they got my review removed along with others I’ve seen but I’m putting another review because I wish I was warned before I move here!!! Don’t let the pool or tennis court fool you! Not to mention your car is not safe because you’re constantly in fear someone is going steal all four wheels and leave your car on crates!

The worst living condition

Absolutely worst living conditions. Do not let the cosmetic renovation fool you! The apartment is infested with rat & roaches! You know this place is not forth coming due to the fact that they marked the business as closed because of all the negative reviews they have! Everyone cannot be lying is they’re saying the same thing. They will also keep your deposit by any means necessary. Between Priscilla & Ronnie, I genuinely believe they’re running a pansy scheme. I would stay away
