Absolutely a Great place to Live

I’ve rented most of my life and never have I had such a great experience. Jessica the leasing agent is on of the best. It’s an absolute pleasure work with her. Maintenance is spontaneous and thourough. Jessica and Rachel are a great team. Coming from NY the rental rates are great. Beautiful grounds and amenities. I can’t say enough.

Over priced and over rated

For the amount you pay you’d expect luxury. It looks great but the buildings are rushed and cheaply made. The materials used for the buildings are left outside in all the elements for months and months with no coverage! The appliances break, dogs run off lease on all areas and several people have been attacked. It’s simply not worth it! Go elsewhere!

Management does not care

As a young individual graduating college soon, I started looking for apartments last winter. I found Waterford Woods, and given its central location in Waterford, I figured this would be a great place to live. Honestly, it is a great place to live.
However, management is constantly neglecting the people who quite literally put money in their pockets. When I moved in, (the beginning of March) the dishwasher was broken. I was told they would swap it out soon, but waited almost 3 full months until… this was completed. They did not swap it out, but instead tried fixing it. The fix worked for a month, and then it broke again. I have waited over a month for another new dishwasher, and still, there is no plan or date on when I can receive a new one.
As tenants in this apartment complex, we were told that amenities like the Clubhouse and Pool would be available around Memorial Day. It is almost labor day (they're still not open), and it appears the team is more interested in getting more buildings built/receiving a higher cashflow than actually providing the tenants with amenities that are factored into their rent.
The location is great, but the management team doesn't seem to care. I have been begging for a new dishwasher, and it has been months. Anyone looking to move in here should think twice about their choice and understand that if there is an inconvenience like the one just described, it could be months before anyone decides to pay you any mind.
