    Poor Management

    We rented here for a number of years, never missed a rent payment or recieved a complaint from neighbors and generally enjoyed our time at these apartments.

    Had to break our lease due to employment relocation and paid the $900 lease break fee to relist the apartment in addition to being on the hook for rent until a new tenant signs. Despite being told we would have no issues with new tenants, the apartment took 2 months to be released since the listing price was nearly $500 more a month than    … what we were currently paying for. After 2 months of paying rent for an apartment we were no longer living in, they lowered the price by $400 and a new tenant signed shortly after.

    If you decide to break the lease, be prepared to pay for the cleaning fee as well ($250). Despite having spent days deep cleaning the apartment including the stove and bathroom, we were charged for leaving the apartment dirty.
