I like it here, the location is close to my job and my boyfriend, it is quiet and comfortable. I just wish I didn’t feel forced to move out due to being unable to afford 2k if I wanted a single bedroom unit to myself so I wouldn’t have to worry about a random roommate who might let my cat out..

Living at The Den has honestly been one of the best parts of my college experience. From the friendly atmosphere to the amazing staff, it truly feels like home away from home. I love how close it is to campus while still giving me my own space to relax and recharge after busy days. The community events make it so easy to meet new people and create memories with friends. The apartments are comfortable, modern, and perfect for student living. Anytime I need help, the team is always quick to... respond and genuinely cares about residents. Whether it’s studying with friends, hanging out by the pool, or just enjoying the community vibe, there’s always something to look forward to here. Living at The Den has made my time at UConn so much more enjoyable, fun, and stress-free every single day.

I love how quiet and laidback it is here at the den. My room is very big and spacious and all of the appliances are clean and modern. The den is in a great location with lots of open space for activities.

Decent place to be. Great for price. Amenities are good too. Chance to get fully furnished place which is nice for students because we don’t have to spend of furniture

We experiences lots of issues throughout the year with the apartment itself and communication with the leasing office, but were quickly tended to for the most part.
