Just want to warn people before renting here. It’s super unfortunate because this complex has so much potential. If you move here just be prepared to do all of your own maintenance. I’ve had ongoing issues with my unit and have been completely brushed off. I’ve reached on several occasions about mold, peeling floors, leaking ceiling. It takes weeks for someone to respond, then they say they will come to your unit to “look” at the issue and the issue is never resolved. They hire Under-qualified... maintenance people who do patchwork, that later becomes a reoccurring issue Because it being done poorly.
My rent has increased, but no renovations have been done to my unit. I’ve bought my own supplies to maintain my unit. I have my family living here with me and in fear that we may be living in a home filled with mold.
I’ve been told to email several people And included everyone in that email, and not one person responded back to me. The lack of care is mind blowing seeing I lived here for almost 3 years! Read More

So we have new management in the office and since those ladies have been there they are making changes that was needed to keep the community nice they are doing a great job and they very nice and helpful .Darlene D

Neighbors beware!!! The office will not tell you this, because they only care about getting your money and not about your safety. There is a lot of crime at rivers bend. There are men trying to break into apartments late at night through the back sliding doors. This has been happening throughout the complex for a while. Please be aware and be safe. Leave your back lights on. Management will not do anything, nor will they even make you aware this is a problem here. Instead they will act like this... is a safe and peaceful place to live. They are quick to send out emails about contests and drinking parties, but not when there are serious concerns like this that may save your life.
