2112 New Hampshire Avenue

I can't speak highly enough about this building. It's not perfect, of course: it's an older, rent-controlled building, and it has its issues. But every problem I've ever had has been handled quickly and smoothly: almost always within 24 hours, often less. And Jef, Janice, and Jose are the best management team I could imagine. They truly make it feel like home, in a way I wouldn't have thought possible.

I have really enjoyed my time at the 2112 New Hampshire Avenue. There is a strong sense of community in the building, and the location is ideal. The staff are phenomenal, especially Jef and Janice who really go out of their way to make you feel at home. Definitely made the right choice moving here.

2112 New Hampshire is a great place to live! The management is responsive and friendly, the building is well-maintained (though older), and the location is unbeatable. The only downside is the central air is centrally controlled, which can lead to some hot days or weeks awaiting changeover... so be cautious if you're very heat sensitive

Great unit, great location, very friendly and helpful front staff. Sometimes unresponsive via email, but a phone call or a visit does the trick! New laundry machines are wonderful.

Excellent and seamless move-in experience. Facilities are great, staff are kind, and the neighborhood is wonderful. Overall, one of the better experiences I've had.
