I love the bar and restaurant scene nearby... the Giant and Target within walking distance... the metro and bus lines.
I love the front porch. A street with strong front porch culture.
I love the backyard and the plumcot tree!
I love the dog door. The parking pad. The gorgeous original floors. The comfortable and cozy feel to the place.
I love that the landlords (us!) live very nearby (20012) and are super responsive-- any previous tenant will vouch for our care and love for the home.
