It’s a brand new (Built July 2023) modern 3 bed 3 bath. You would have your own en-suite bedroom with a balcony on the third floor! The room has Alexa-enabled motorized shades but is otherwise unfurnished. We have a private furnished rooftop deck with views of the monument! We also have a shared backyard too! The entire home except for your bedroom is already furnished, complete with smart appliances. I’ve included photos and videos below. Your rent would be $1800 for the lease beginning on or after July 15. This includes trash, gas, and water. Electricity and internet would be split by us. The condo could easily fit three people but I’d prefer to keep it to just the two of us. There is ample free street parking in the front and on the side streets.
