"Living in this apartment has been a wonderful experience. They are great landlords who were caring and attentive. The few maintenance issues that came up were addressed promptly and thoughtfully.

The apartment itself is fantastic. It's a charming row house that combines two units (first floor and basement) into one expansive living space, which creates an incredible amount of flexibility and room to spread out. With multiple shared living areas, two entrances, three spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and abundant storage throughout, it's ideal for a family or a couple working from home who values having extra space. The home has also been recently renovated, with a gorgeous kitchen, beautiful wood floors, marble bathrooms and central heat/AC that works marvelously! There is a cute patio out front with chairs and a table. It's a super comfortable place to live.

The neighborhood is a big highlight. The apartment is located on a lovely block just steps from a cozy Italian restaurant and a great Tandoori takeout spot, and is within easy walking distance of other great restaurants, bars, and cafes. It's also an easy walk to some of DC's best neighborhoods, including Columbia Heights, Mount Pleasant, Adams Morgan, and U St/14th St. Meridian Hill Park is nearby as well, and having such a beautiful green space (with new fountains!) within walking distance has been a real gift.

We've genuinely loved living here and renting from them. We're only moving because we bought a house, and if not for that, we would happily stay for many more years. Whoever lives here next will be very lucky to call this place home!"
