This is a great building in a quiet neighborhood within the city. Particularly love the interior courtyard layout in building C. My apartment was not what I consider move-in ready but maintenance addressed the issues very quickly.

We've lived in the middle "B" building since Arcade Sunshine opened in 2019 and have had zero complaints. The building has been maintained and kept clean thanks to the amazing staff -- it still feels like we're living in a luxury hotel.

We don't rely on the amenities very much apart from the rooftop, which continues to amaze my friends and family when they come over.

We clashed a bit with the management company when the property first opened. I hope they are learning from those who have... shared complaints. But it is also incumbent on residents to be respectful and clean up after themselves! Read More

We lived here for a year and a half as management got worse and worse. The apartments have lovely architecture and it’s an absolute scandal how badly they’re managed. Prices jacked up and up and up, covid-unsafe partying, poor-quality fixtures, indifferent management, issues *never* addressed. Back when Andrea worked here it was a pretty nice place to live. I’m so glad we’re moving out. And by the way — they’re advertising our unit for double what we paid. You can find plenty of nicer apartments... for less. Read More
