I've generally had a positive experience. The building feels secure, is quiet, and the residents are respectful. The common areas and the gym are kept clean and well maintained. One improvement I recommend is installing secure package lockers. Being able to retrieve deliveries 24/7 with a code or app would be much more convenient than relying on concierge availability. The staff experience is mixed—some are consistently friendly and professional, while others are less welcoming. The garage could... use more regular cleaning, and the garage door seems to malfunction several times a year, sometimes remaining broken for weeks. Given the additional cost, this should be a priority. Snow removal has historically been inconsistent, although it was noticeably better this past winter. I think the leasing staff is incredibly kind and they make it feel like home. They truly know their residents. The complaint is mostly from the neighborhood and the hallway odor. The neighborhood itself is not that nice. Walking to Columbia heights metro I think the city could do a better job of keeping it clean which is obviously not management's fault but it adds to the living experience. As for the hallway odor, think of it as nose/odor blindness that someone has from their own place. I... noticed when I first moved in and even today over a year later but no one seems to notice it. I like living here a lot. The leasing agents have been really helpful in getting me the type of experience I need. Maintenance is super responsive. The only issue I have is that the concierge is often not at their post, sometimes has a bad attitude when retrieving my packages, and often doesn't know how to give helpful advice on how to solve problems.

So far so good! The application process and move in were smooth. We inevitably experienced some minor bumps along the way but the staff have been swift and kind to assist. We've made a great choice!

Incredible leasing staff, front desk staff, and maintenance staff. Everything is done on time and with a smile, so lucky to have lived here for 4 years and the experience and building staff only get better!
