Safe and clean property

Nice clean building, and great of location for me to work.

I live in the circle and no problems. I love to come home and can walk a few steps to my laundry room.

I have lived at Bass Circle for 6 years and they come and fix anything I need.

Living conditions

This place roach infested don’t come. They also have mice ..don’t waste your time and money moving here…it’s nasty!!!

Run don’t live here

Currently living here and 9 months pregnant mold in my house ceiling about to cave in and mice infest ms.green rude and don’t get nothing fixed in the apartment

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE BUT PROPERTY MANAGER IS THE WORST!!!! :(

The community is great place to live but this lady (Ms. Green) is never pleasant. I presently live here on the property and when my lease is complete I'M OUT OF HERE! They put other tenants private information on your door (by mistake so they say). The security staff is a joke. They sit in their car in the parking lot blocking the steps. Not sure how that is securing the place. One officer comes to the property take a quick walk around take pictures and jumps in his car and leave. Again… not sure how that's securing the property. Maintenance staff is great, the guys are very accommodating. It sucks that there is not service on the weekend (ie, lock out service, laundry card reloading, security service, etc.) The washer & dryer in my building has not been working properly for years and the more you complain nothing is resolved so your wasting money on the laundry service and having to drag your clothes to a laundromat. My advice "THINK BEFORE MOVING HERE"

HORRIBLE Customer Service From Property Manager

I Absolutely LOVE My apartment but having to deal with Ms. Greene makes me wanna break my lease, she’s very rude, unprofessional, and she says she’ll put people out all the time for NO reason. She’s talked about other residents badly in front of customers. I can only deal with Ms.Mcmillian, Ms.Greene Makes Me Feel Uncomfortable
