Okay place to live

Since the property is not “luxurious” we do not have a concierge, front desk, or security, so expect your packages to turn up lost constantly. We have cameras in the building, but management will NOT be responsible for your packages or for checking the cameras if they gone missing. Other than that the place is very affordable considering the prices around the city!

Affordable and great location

Older building but freshly renovated, well located convenient to Georgia Ave shops and buses, and one of the last truly affordable occupant-owned buildings in NW DC. This is a co-op, so the residents all have a stake in ownership and self-government, and not be victim to landlords or rising prices.

Spacious layouts and resident owned

This property is 5 minutes from a Comunity center with state of the art programs and facilities, short walk to grocery shopping and express busses to two metro stations and a short walk to Rock Creek national park!
It is owned by all of the residents in a friendly and neighborly community with spacious apartment layouts and all utilities included !
Great opportunity for affordable home ownership!
