you get what you pay for
the negatives of this building are the summertime german roaches and the weak ac. additionally, management can be hard to reach at times although maintenance is pretty responsive to emergencies. the big windows showcase the area's lush foliage and the gym & common area are decent. it's an older building, so the walls are thick and I really only hear sounds coming from the hallway. the countertops are old, ugly, and sag in the middle (in the non renovated units). not a terrible place to live,... location is good, and with the work they're doing on the building, maybe it'll be nice in a few years.
