Not the Worst,but Not the Best

I have been living in this apartment complex for a few years now. It's not the worst place to live,but it's not the best place either. The pros about living in this apartment is that all of your utilities are included in your rent, the pricing is reasonable, the apartment is very spacious, it is in a quite neighborhood,and it is in a good location if you are using the metro. The cons of living here is that there is no parking, unless you have a parking space. The building has roaches, and they… do not come to exterminate often. Lastly, they take a while to repair things that are not major issues.
