Dirty as I don’t know what. Parking garage gate has been broke for months. Roaches galore even in the hallway. Leasing office staff are always inside of the garage hiding and smoking when they should be fixing this trifling property. Lied and said exterminators were coming and they never came.

I would not recommend, i currently live here and management sucks, the trash rooms are filthy, parking is terrible. Residences been getting robbed, way too much loitering in the parking lot. Beets unsafe! I am ready to move out and I’ve only been here since September.

I only give it a 2 because when I moved in everything was brand new and was nice and management was professional. NOW they most def lack professionalism. You have to call 5,000 times to get in touch with them. Or literally catch then when you can. The residents be dirty. TRASH ROOMS ARE DIGUSTING. They have a package room that only they have access to open and my packages still went missing. Hallways and elevators are trifling. Parking is crazy. the garage and parking lot are to small for the… residents. The leasing people really be rude majority of the time besides the skinny one fr. They only care bout helping they're family and friends out in this building. So, the only good thing about these apartments are you only have to pay for electric and garage parking .
But the bed rooms are REALLY small the kitchen looks old, the floors and countertops are cheap , it’s only two elevators and that includes the freight elevator... they only have one maintenance man so the place stays dirty but he’s really cool, honestly he’s the only staff member that is cool and easy to communicate with .
They don’t answer the phone or emails, the staff is rude and the… crime in the neighborhood is high ! Read More
