The apartment is beautiful and the finishes are very high quality, but the management is not as high end as the building. Unexplained "utility charges" showed up on my bill (not the water or internet, just "utility"). The equipment in the building is high end, but they never have the parts or have to wait for someone to fix it (e.g. the trash chute, Butterfly door system). The on-site maintenance is friendly and helpful, but the 24 hour maintenance hotline is inefficient and staffed by... incompetent people. The "dog park" was clearly planned by someone who knows nothing about dogs. They put a deep layer of larger river rocks in the dog park which is difficult for a dog to run or play in. The weekday concierge is excellent, but the weekend concierge can't be bothered to do anything but play on a phone, ignores the residents, and is often absent. The building will never be truly high end until the management is high end.
