NOT WORTH IT
This apartment complex should be your very last choice. The rent is very expensive and it does not justify the experience of living here. Tenants have to deal with random people who don’t live in the complex sitting in their in our parking lot doing drugs and/or having relations. With that being said there is no security on the premises. Yes we have signs but no one to reinforce them. Also we do have a “secured entrance” but the tenants inside of the building leave the door, propped open with a... rug which completely defeats the purpose of having a secured building. When management got notified that tenants were doing this nothing was done about it. People are allow to smoke inside of their units and because the walls are paper thin you can smell it throughout the building. The floors are super thin and poorly made as well. You can hear your neighbors walk, stomp, jump, ect…. Recently, a tenant turned his apartment into a Airbnb and it has been a nightmare since I contact management about this and nothing was done.
