Dover Estates Apartments

I would give 0/5 stars but the website won’t let so that; this place is an absolute slum. I wouldn't recommend this place even if it was your last option. I havent felt safe one day in this complex. I should have just continued living in my car if I knew all the issues and money I would waste on this place. Have a studio basement apartment, no functioning washer and dryer, the laundry room outside my apartment (literally 2 feet away) always has loud obnoxious kids yelling and smoking all the... time, a homeless man with a sword also hid and stayed in the laundry room for over 2 months with no action taken by the landlord after I brought it their attention, told me I needed to call the police myself when THEY manage the property, multiple unsolved maintenance issues, air conditioning unit doesnt work after two months, stovetop appliances and oven are both garbage and burn everything or dont function at all, cockroaches and mice in the walls and home at all times of the year, random holes appearing and never filled when requested, toilet, bathroom sink and kitchen sink all have leaks and don’t drain properly, overall incompetent and uncommunicative staff, unless they’re hounding you for your overpriced rent charges. Have fun setting your trash on the road outside of the constantly overflowing dumpsters, or getting your toilet to flush and not clog if you’re lucky.
