    Edge at Dover

    I applied for the one bedroom one bathroom listed as available then promptly a week later the property manager contacted me to tell me she was holding the apartment for someone else. The application fee is 75$ and although not illegal it seems unethical to list an apartment as available for someone who’s ready to buy and move in immediately upon approval if you’re holding it for someone else then that should be listed. Upon asking for refund I was ghosted. Bad look.
