Woodmill Apartment Homes

I have been living at Woodmill Apartments for almost 4 years and I have had the best experiences with the staff whenever I have questions or need repairs fixed. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional and always provide me with excellent service within a timely manner. This is a total upgrade from my last apartment and would 100 percent recommend to friends and family.

I've had such a positive experience living in this apartment community over the past year. The location truly cannot be beat - it's situated in a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood that's just a short walk away from some of the best shops and restaurants in town. Plus, it's only a quick drive away from major highways and public transportation, making it incredibly easy to get around.

The apartment itself is also wonderful. It's spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with beautiful natural… light that streams in through the large windows. I love having a separate dining area and a full kitchen with all the amenities I need to cook and entertain. The in-unit washer and dryer are also a huge plus, making laundry day a breeze.

But what really sets this apartment apart are the amenities. The gym is fantastic, with state-of-the-art equipment that's always clean and well-maintained. The pool is also lovely, with plenty of lounging chairs and a beautiful view of the surrounding area. I really appreciate the community clubhouse as well - it's a great spot for hosting parties or just hanging out with friends and neighbors.

Lastly, I have to give a shout-out to the staff. The leasing office team is always welcoming and friendly, and the maintenance team is incredibly responsive. Whenever I've had an issue or needed something fixed, they've been there in a flash, ready to help.

My wife and I have lived here for almost three years, in D building. The neighborhood is generally quiet. The apartments are a good value for the cost in my opinion and the location is great, very close to shopping, with easy access to Dover attractions.

We have had minimal maintenance issues, but whenever something has come up the folks in the office and the maintenance crew are very responsive and helpful.

I love the layout of my apartment especially with my own w/d. Maintenance is very good with responding to my requests. They resolve within 24 hours from submitting a request.
