Great Experience

Lived here for a year during my divorce. Never experienced apartment living before. Great amenities including clubhouse and pool. Apartments were energy efficient and the monthly utilities were extremely reasonable. A few work orders were submitted and handled promptly. It was very quiet and all the neighbors pretty much stayed to themselves. No police activity in the area. No solicitation or loitering. If you’re looking for an apartment, look no further than Weston Willows.

Great Community!

In all my years renting I've never had such a wonderful experience like what I've had at Weston Willows. Maintenance has been wonderful whenever requested and management has been responsive. Parking can be tight at times but all the other amenities and feedback I've received from the staff are more important to me. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to move.

It could always be worse...

Throughout my time here I have experienced many issues. It seems to get progressively worse. From broken appliances and bad caulking discovered on a "brand new" unit to rodents, bugs, mold. The parking lot constantly floods, is covered with broken glass most nights even though maintenance keeps trying to hide it.

Building management has changed for the worse.

But hey atleast my unit hasn't caught on fire from faulty electricity yet? Knock on wood.

Good if you don't intend to stay for more than a year.

This place has a problem with mold, rats and parking spaces. It is very expensive for the mediocre build quality. Just the development itself wasn't well thought out either. Sometimes the exterior lights do not work. This community also increases rent every year.
